“Instant”, “same day” and “one to three days” are only useful when you know where the clock starts.
Separate approval from delivery
A withdrawal may pass through an operator review before a payment provider delivers the money. A stated delivery time after approval does not include an unspecified review period. Record the two stages separately when comparing claims.
For a concrete example, BetMGM’s help centre describes typical arrival within one to three business days after approval. That is an operator estimate, not a SlotSitesUK test. Its wording should not be shortened to “withdrawals take one day”.
Check the method you will actually use
A table describing a card withdrawal may not apply to a bank transfer or wallet. Check whether the chosen method supports withdrawals, its limits and whether the account must match the method used for your deposit. Calendar days and business days differ
A business-day estimate can run across a weekend or bank holiday. Avoid comparing it directly with an estimate stated in hours. Also check the geographical market: an international help page may describe a different account, currency or payment provider.
How we would test a withdrawal
A useful test records the request timestamp, amount, method, verification status, approval time and time the money arrives. It also states whether a bonus was active. One completed test is one observation; it does not establish what every customer will experience.
If a payment is delayed
Save the request reference and the published estimate. Ask support which stage the payment has reached and keep the response. Avoid depositing again to try to release money. For a dispute, use the business’s complaints procedure and check the applicable independent escalation route in its terms.
